SIPP Administrator / Account Manager

About the role

Core to the product offering is a professional and personalised service, starting with each client having their own dedicated account manager to deal with the day-to-day administration requirements of their scheme in a proactive fashion. Duties will therefore be varied and challenging, with emphasis on building relationships and providing a complete administration service.

Key areas involve:

  • Proactively manage all aspects of client affairs in a prompt and efficient manner
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Plan, organise and prioritise workload, to ensure work is dealt with within agreed service standards
  • Adhere to administrative procedural notes provided, procedures within the compliance manual, and company policies

About you

You are likely to have worked in a similar role within the financial services sector, dealing with SIPP (or SSAS) products or similar investments. As you will be the direct point of contact, your communication skills will be excellent, with good attention to detail and able to balance a busy workload. Good numeracy and IT skills, with a flexible approach will also be a given. CII qualifications would be an advantage however full support will be given to further your professional qualifications.
